Andy Moss
CEO, Teams & Franchise
The founder of the EBK GP Series and charismatic leader of Cube International, Andy Moss is a distinguished name in world sporting circles. With real ambition to reimagine cycle sport and change the world via the EBK and STM programme, Andy’s long-term vision is to leave a legacy of greener, cleaner and healthier cities while energising individual sustainable mobility all around the world.

Sandy Ma
COO
Sandy Ma brings over two decades of experience in marketing and event management for major sporting events, including the Shanghai GP and the Asia Festival of Speed. As COO, Sandy oversees the development and delivery of the EBK GP series, managing the operational team and working with all technical partners supporting the event. Sandy will also sit on the board alongside other members of the leadership team.

Mark Thomas
Strategy
Mark, EBK GP’s Head of Strategy, has over 25 years of sports industry experience, predominately across APAC. He’s delivered major sporting events, dealing with global brands & stakeholders in complex and dynamic environments, managing large teams across diverse geographic locations. Mark’s role with EBK is to formulate, facilitate and communicate strategic initiatives and future goals focusing on investment and commercial activities.

Carl Thompson
Visionary
Carl is one of the key pioneers behind the world-first EBK GP Series and STM programme and brings a high level of expertise and operational professionalism to the EBK GP team. Instrumental in its development and passionate about all components of the Series, Carl works closely with the whole EBK GP team and its partners, ensuring all elements are fully executed and delivered.

Mark Barfield
Sporting
Mark is a former Technical Manager at UCI with 20 years’ experience working at global cycling competitions, including the Rio Olympic Games and Tour de France. Mark is responsible for the development of EBK GP’s sporting and technical regulations, ensuring the race format is a thrilling challenge for teams. He is also working closely with bike partner BMC Switzerland on the development of the race E-Bike.

Judith Rowan
Host Cities
The international face of EBK GP Series, Judith Rowan is the first link between the EBK GP and the outside world. Having helped mould the project to market-readiness, Judith leads the partnership programme with host cities and identifies their suitability to the Series. She is an empathetic diplomat and culturally in-tune, with an innate ability to engage with international counterparts.

Shane Redenbach
Commercial
Shane is a well-respected and experienced sports event marketer who has worked with the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games across the world. With strong Australian roots, he’s worked extensively with many leading sporting events and organisations, including Australian Rugby Union and Australian Cycling. For EBK GP Shane is spearheading the commercial aspects of the Series.

Richard Bate
HSE
Richard is as passionate about safety as he is about sport and events. He joined EBK GP from a background in world motorsport, where he specialised in battery technology, construction, fire and public safety. Richard is also the Vice President of IOSH and is excited to combine his passion in health, safety and sport, to deliver world class safety performance for the EBK GP Series.

Dylan Moss
Sustainability
Dylan is young, passionate and part of the new generation with a keen eye for the planet and its future. A recent Geography graduate, Dylan will be applying his environmental know-how to our climate conscious global E-bike Grand Prix series and is working closely with Ricardo, a world-class environmental consulting company, and EBK GP’s sustainability partner.

John de Carvalho
Technology
As Executive General Manager of PMY’s Sport & Major Events division, John is leading strategy and delivery for PMY key clients including the Olympics as well as world championships for World Athletics, FIBA, UCI and others. John is responsible for overseeing PMY’s scoping, planning, design, delivery, integration and operations of the EBK GP Series technology solution.

Rebecca Lury
Media
With over a decade of experience in PR, Rebecca is a strong female voice around the senior table. Away from the boardroom, she is also a longstanding local councillor in London. Rebecca has a flair for creating and designing compelling campaigns that maximise opportunities for business growth. She leads the Pagefield team who are shaping and delivering the public voice of EBK GP.

Andrew Preece
Production
Andrew is Executive Director at Sunset+Vine where the remit ranges from managing live projects like the Commonwealth Games to overseeing content and distribution strategies for events and federations. His role on the E-Bike Grand Prix series is to oversee Sunset+Vine’s delivery across live broadcast, international rights sales and distribution and the agency service.
