CEO, Teams & Franchise
The founder of the EBK GP Series and charismatic leader of Cube International, Andy Moss is a distinguished name in world sporting circles. With real ambition to reimagine cycle sport and change the world via the EBK and STM programme, Andy’s long-term vision is to leave a legacy of greener, cleaner and healthier cities while energising individual sustainable mobility all around the world.
Carl is one of the key pioneers behind the world-first EBK GP Series and STM programme and brings a high level of expertise and professionalism to the EBK team. Instrumental and passionate in the development of the sustainability component of EBK, Carl also leads the sporting element of the Series having formulated the Grand Prix sporting format and regulations.
The international face of EBK GP Series, Judith Rowan is the first link between the EBK GP and the outside world. Having helped mould the project to market-readiness, Judith leads the partnership programme with host cities and identifies their suitability to the Series. She is an empathetic diplomat and culturally in-tune, with an innate ability to engage with international counterparts.
Shane is a well respected and experienced sports event marketer who has worked with the Olympic Games and the Commonwealth Games across the world. With strong Australian roots, he has worked extensively with many leading sporting events and organisations in the region, including Australian Rugby Union and Australian Cycling. As EBK GP Director, Shane will spearhead the EBK project.
Mark, EBK GP’s Asia Director, has over 25 years of sports industry experience, predominately across APAC with China-focused business knowledge. Mark speaks fluent Chinese and has owned, promoted and delivered major sporting events dealing with strong global brands & sports stakeholder networks. Working in complex and dynamic organisational environments has enabled him to manage large teams across diverse geographic locations.
Commercial & Partnerships
Murray is a recognised face in global sports sponsorship having played significant roles in major sporting properties, including World Rugby and Formula 1 where he was Commercial Director. With over 25 years’ experience in marketing & sponsorship worldwide, Murray and his team now lead the partnership programme for EBK GP, creating innovative commercial rights programmes.
PR & Communications
With over a decade of experience in PR, Rebecca is a strong female voice around the senior table. Away from the boardroom, she is also a longstanding local councillor in London. Rebecca has a flair for creating and designing compelling campaigns that maximise opportunities for business growth. She leads the Pagefield team who will shape and deliver the public voice of the EBK GP Series.
Television & Broadcasting
Andrew is Executive Director at Sunset+Vine where the remit ranges from managing live projects like the Commonwealth Games to overseeing content and distribution strategies for events and federations. His role on the E-Bike Grand Prix series will be to oversee Sunset+Vine’s delivery across live broadcast, international rights sales and distribution and the agency service.
John de Carvalho
Operations & Technology
As Executive General Manager of PMY’s Sport & Major Events division, John is leading the executive strategy and overseeing delivery for PMY key clients including the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, FIFA World Cups and others. John is responsible for overseeing PMY’s scoping, planning, design, delivery, integration and operations of the EBK GP Series technology solution.
