The founder of the FIM EBK World Cup and charismatic leader of Cube International, Andy Moss is a distinguished name in world sporting circles. With a real ambition to reimagine cycle sport and change the world via the EBK and STM programme, Andy’s long-term vision is to leave a legacy of greener, cleaner and healthier cities while energising individual sustainable mobility all around the world.

Managing Director

After spells as Commercial Director of Cube Management and Managing Director, overseeing all elements of the business focused on temporary structures and modular buildings, Jon Graham was appointed Managing Director of Cube Active in January overseeing properties including the FIM EBK World Cup and Warriors Women rugby team.

Alex Molina

Alex Molina

CEO

Sports industry expert Alexandre Molina leads the FIM EBK World Cup as CEO as it prepares to launch and stage inaugural races in 2023 ahead of its first full season in 2024. Molina previously spent three decades in F1, latterly as the sport’s Director of Events, and heads an experienced executive group tasked with launching the new racing series.

Sandy Ma

Sandy Ma

COO

Sandy Ma brings over two decades of experience in marketing and event management for major sporting events, including the Shanghai GP and the Asia Festival of Speed. As COO, Sandy oversees the development and delivery of the FIM EBK World Cup, managing the operational team and working with all technical partners supporting the event. Sandy will also sit on the board alongside other members of the leadership team.

Ed Clancy

Ed Clancy

Ambassador

With three Olympic Gold medals and six World Championship medals, Ed Clancy OBE is an Olympic legend. He is one of the leading team pursuit cyclists in the discipline’s history, having competed in four Olympic games and forming part of the team pursuit group that set eight world record times. He was awarded an MBE in 2009 and the Order of the British Empire in 2017 for his services to cycling.

Judith Rowan

Host Cities

The international face of the FIM EBK World Cup, Judith Rowan is the first link between EBK and the outside world. Having helped mould the project to market-readiness, Judith leads the partnership programme with host cities and identifies their suitability to EBK. She is an empathetic diplomat and culturally in-tune, with an innate ability to engage with international counterparts.

Mark Barfield

Mark Barfield

Sporting

Mark is a former Technical Manager at UCI with 20 years’ experience working at global cycling competitions, including the Rio Olympic Games and Tour de France. Mark is responsible for the development of FIM EBK World Cup’s sporting and technical regulations, ensuring the race format is a thrilling challenge for teams. He is also working closely with bike partner BMC Switzerland on the development of the race E-Bike.

Richard Bate

Richard is as passionate about safety as he is about sport and events. He joined the FIM EBK World Cup from a background in world motorsport, where he specialised in battery technology, construction, fire and public safety. Richard is also the Vice President of IOSH and is excited to combine his passion in health, safety and sport, to deliver world class safety performance for EBK.

Dylan Moss

Dylan Moss

Sustainability

Dylan is young, passionate and part of a new generation who have a keen eye for the environment, our planet and its future. A Geography graduate, Dylan will be applying his environmental know-how to our climate conscious global E-bike World Cup and is working closely with EBK’s sustainability partners to deliver world class eco-friendly performances, concepts and ideas.

Katie Walker

As a Sports Coaching Graduate, Katie comes from a background of playing, coaching and captaining sports teams over the years. Katie will be bringing her organisational skills to the FIM EBK World Cup, alongside working with Cube Active on Street Velodrome and Worcester Warriors Women.

A Swiss bicycle and cycling product manufacturer that designs, builds and distributes bikes primarily for sale across the world. They are developing an advanced, high-tech, digitally-connected race bike for EBK, in conjunction with leading technology and design experts Red Bull F1 Engineering.

Milan-based Black Engineering design and deliver experiences, entertainment and events all over the world including the world-famous Maraya Concert Hall in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. Black will lead the design concept for EBK.
